Our standard outstation taxi rentals are billed based on the total physical kilometers run. Estimates are shared prior to boarding, but actual odometer readings at the pickup spot and drop spot govern final billing. Toll road charges, state entry permits, and standard parking fees are paid by actual receipts by the traveler unless specified otherwise in tour packages.
A standard daily allowance (driver batta) is applicable for outstation journeys stretching beyond midnight or spanning multiple days. This is already integrated into static holiday bundles. For custom outstation rentals, batta is calculated daily.
For custom holiday packages or multi-car marriage arrangements, a standard advance deposit of 20% is required to secure hotel rooms and lock fleets. The remaining balance can be cleared to the driver during the journey or on final drop-off.
Cabs cancelled up to 24 hours prior to scheduled boarding incur zero cancellation penalty. Cancellations within 12 hours may be subject to a nominal vehicle preparation fee. For custom holiday packages, hotel cancellations are governed by individual resort policies.
Our drivers prioritize passenger safety above speed. Requests to bypass state speed guidelines, overloading beyond legal sitting capacities, or carrying restricted substances are strictly prohibited.
